Here’s how they work:

• License number: Each license set has a unique license number. This number is used to grant premium access to students by entering it at join.bluecanoelearning.com.
• Assigning licenses: You can assign a license to any Blue Canoe account, giving the user premium access for as long as they are part of the license set.
• Viewing and managing users: When you click on a license set in the portal, you can see which students have premium access due to that set.
• Reassigning licenses: You can revoke a license from one user and assign it to another at any time during the one-year term.
• Managing license sets: You can monitor which users are assigned licenses, track their progress, and manage access.

License sets automatically renew at the end of the one-year term unless canceled. You can also split a set into smaller groups or add more licenses to an existing set as needed.
